Jobs For Jam helps users create, import, improve, save, and download CVs. The service is provided as a career support tool and does not guarantee job interviews, job offers, recruiter responses, or search ranking results.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for using a valid email address, keeping your password secure, and making sure the information in your account is accurate. We may deactivate accounts that are misused, abusive, or created for spam or unlawful activity.

3. CV and Personal Information

CVs can contain personal information such as your name, contact details, work history, skills, education, and location. By using Jobs For Jam, you agree that we may store this information so the app can save your drafts, import your CV, generate previews, and create downloads for you.

4. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing your CV before sending it to employers or recruiters. You should not add false, misleading, confidential, or unlawful information. You should also make sure you have permission to use any information you upload.

5. Product Analytics

We may record basic usage events such as account signup, CV save, CV import, template choice, ATS score, download, and share actions. We use this to understand whether the product is working and where it should be improved. We do not use analytics events to store your full CV text.

6. Free and Paid Features

Jobs For Jam may offer free and paid features. Prices, templates, exports, and product limits may change as the service grows. Any paid option should be shown clearly before payment.

7. Availability and Changes

We try to keep Jobs For Jam available, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider issues, security work, or product changes. We may update, remove, or improve features over time.
